I got lost in the Sahara Desert (whilst running an ultra-marathon!)

I went all the way to Tunisia to run 50km in the Sahara Desert for four amazing Veterans Charities. The heat was brutal. But that wasn’t the only thing that was going to make this more of a challenge than I ever could have expected.

Would I complete the 50km course without going sand-blind?
Would I die of heat exhaustion?
