The Ghost Hotels of Sousse [#vanlife Tunisia]

After running an ultramarathon in the desert and visiting the troglodyte homes of Matmata, I needed some R&R, so I headed to Sousse on the Tunisian Riviera.

And while there was plenty of fun to be had at the seaside and in the ancient medina, I started to question why so many of the hotels were in a state of disrepair.

And as I dug deeper, I discovered the story of the tragic events that happened here and the scars this town still bears.
