Festival volunteering is fantastic fun. From stewarding to Parking punters, there are many jobs to be done to keep festivals safe and friendly.

However, bad situations can occur, and it’s often the volunteers who are first to know about them!

During this year’s Forbidden Forest, a dance music festival set in the Nottinghamshire countryside, our team was asked to tackle a tricky situation…

How would we handle it?
Would we be successful?
And would it take away from a stunning festival?
